Join the College of Engineering as we celebrate and congratulate the graduating senior class each year before UCSB Commencement. We invite seniors, their families and friends, and our faculty and staff to join us for Senior Send-off – a ceremony and reception party. Students, join your fellow classmates and parents as we say farewell to graduating seniors and recognize them for their hard work and accomplishments. Academic and faculty awards are presented at the ceremony.  Gifts for all graduating seniors in attendance.

Senior Send-off Parking

Complimentary parking in Lot 18 - Mesa parking structure (for arrivals between 1:30 and 3:30pm only).  Parking is available in the Mesa parking structure, located at the corner of Mesa and Ocean Roads. To pay for parking, find an electronic payment kiosk, submit payment, take ticket, and place on dash. Credit cards are accepted. Check the UCSB transportation services website for more info and a complete map: tps.ucsb.edu.

The 2017 UCSB Commencement ceremony for engineering will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2017. Schedule and details TBA. Commencement details and a livestream of events are posted online closer to the event date. The 2016 UCSB Commencement ceremony for engineering was held on Saturday, June 11, 1:00pm on the Faculty Club Lawn by the UCSB Lagoon. Info at ucsb.edu/2016.


Students must confirm their ceremony reservation on GOLD. Tickets for guests are NOT required and seating is not reserved.
