Research
Stemmer’s research interests include the development of quantitative scanning transmission electron microscopy techniques, novel dielectrics for III-V transistors, tunable dielectrics for microwave applications, the development of molecular beam epitaxy of novel materials and heterostructures, strongly correlated electron systems, and the exploitation of novel transport phenomena for new electronic devices.
