Research
The Saleh lab studies the physics of soft matter systems, with a focus on the active and passive micro-mechanics of biomolecules, polymers, and soft materials. We pursue these studies primarily using custom-built high-resolution instrumentation capable of resolving the picoNewton-scale forces, and nanometer-scale elastic responses, intrinsic to such systems.
