The EUCR is open fall 2021! Students must comply with all campus COVID measures including having clearance to be on campus and wearing a mask indoors.
The Engineering Undergraduate Conference Room (EUCR) is intended to be used as a place for holding tutorial sessions, College of Engineering student organization meetings, academic workshops, and one-time instructional events, such as design presentations. The room can also be used for other student or academic releated gatherings, such as dissertation defenses, qualifying exams, and student lead study groups. It is restricted only to academic units within the College. The room is not available for regularly schedule classes, nor is it open to non-academic units on campus or community groups. To reserve the room fill out the request form below. If you are a student organization hosting open study hours, please specify that in your request.
Open study hours
The EUCR will be open for study groups and individual study time, 9am-4pm, unless otherwise reserved by a campus group. Please consult the calendar below.
Do not leave trash or food and take all of your belongings with you when you leave the room.
