The Engineering Undergraduate Conference Room (EUCR) is intended to be used as a place for holding tutorial sessions, College of Engineering student organization meetings, academic workshops, and one-time instructional events, such as design presentations. The room can also be used for other student or academic related gatherings, such as dissertation defenses, qualifying exams, and student lead study groups. It is restricted only to academic units within the College. The room is not available for regularly schedule classes, nor is it open to non-academic units on campus or community groups. To reserve the room fill out the request form below. Response times vary, though you can typically expect a reply within forty-eight hours of submitting your request. Please plan accordingly. If you are a student organization hosting open study hours, please specify that in your request. Recurring meetings for student organizations are sometimes granted. To request one, note the recurring schedule in the comments section of the form rather than submitting a separate request for each meeting.
*Please note that if reservation requests increase at any time throughout the quarter and space becomes limited, student organizations may be asked to share the room to accommodate everyone. This could mean sharing the physical space during a given time slot and/or adjusting a recurring meeting's schedule.
Open study hours
The EUCR will be open for study groups and individual study time, 9am - 4pm, unless otherwise reserved by a campus group. Please consult the calendar below.
Do not leave trash or food and take all of your belongings with you when you leave the room.
